These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between six6bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the services provided through the six6bet website. By accessing any part of the six6bet platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and six6bet. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

six6bet operates as an information and affiliate platform offering access to online casino and sports betting products provided by certified third-party studios and data suppliers. Game and betting availability may vary by product type and jurisdiction. six6bet makes no warranty that any specific game, market, or feature will remain available at all times.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from or related to the use of the six6bet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Any waiver of a right under these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of six6bet to be effective.

Access to the six6bet platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. six6bet is a strictly adult platform. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or casino activity on this site.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into gambling agreements, you are not eligible to use six6bet.
3. Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on six6bet. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Circumventing this rule by registering under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method is a material breach of these Terms.
4. Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with six6bet. Attempting to register or access the platform while under a self-exclusion is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
5. Own behalf only: You must be acting entirely on your own behalf. Registering or placing bets on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

six6bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Providing false documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of any balance.

To access betting and casino services on six6bet, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following terms apply to account registration and the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process:

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. six6bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify us immediately at support@six6bet if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification: six6bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to: (a) prior to processing a first withdrawal; (b) when a player's account activity triggers internal risk or compliance thresholds; (c) upon any request to change registered account details. Standard KYC documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).

Account Ownership: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any balance held within it to any other person under any circumstances.

One Account Rule: Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. If multiple accounts are detected, six6bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any funds in excess of net deposits made to those accounts.

All financial transactions on six6bet — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all payment activity on the platform.

Supported Payment Methods: six6bet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time. Not all methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals simultaneously.

Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that rightfully belong to you. Deposits made from payment accounts or cards belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. six6bet reserves the right to reverse any deposit found to have been made from a third-party payment source and to close the associated player account.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the six6bet account. Prior to processing any withdrawal, six6bet may require the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any outstanding wagering requirements attached to a bonus balance. six6bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests.

Currency & Conversion: All player balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). six6bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion fees at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider — six6bet is not liable for exchange rate losses incurred during such conversions.

Transaction Reversals: Completed deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account. If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, contact support@six6bet immediately with full transaction details. six6bet will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

six6bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including the 200% Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time of the offer.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The 200% Welcome Bonus is available to new players making their first deposit on six6bet. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the active promotion. The bonus is applied automatically upon deposit. Only one Welcome Bonus claim is permitted per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus — failure to do so will result in the bonus balance being voided.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and certain RNG titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. The applicable contribution rates for each game category are stated in the specific bonus terms.

Bonus Abuse: six6bet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds; using bonus funds exclusively on high-RTP games to minimise wagering risk; colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements; and registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Promotion Availability: Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. six6bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

By using six6bet, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not adversely affect the platform, its staff, or other players. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players:

Your Obligations:

• Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify six6bet immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Ensure that all information provided to six6bet — including contact details, payment information, and identity documents — is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Use the platform for personal recreational purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Review and understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a stake.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Registering more than one account on six6bet, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or mathematical errors in games or odds — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game through collusion, cheating, or any other fraudulent means.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials or transferring funds between player accounts.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable. six6bet reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

six6bet offers a range of products including sports betting (cricket, table tennis, football, kabaddi), live casino games, and RNG slots. The following general rules apply across all product categories.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market as published on the platform. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided by six6bet at its discretion.

Casino Games: All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules before playing. All RNG outcomes are determined by certified random number generators that are independently audited for fairness.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game or bet placement, six6bet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, affected bets or game rounds may be voided and stakes returned. six6bet is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and player account status. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at six6bet's discretion. six6bet reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at any time.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided by six6bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: palpable errors in odds or game parameters; events that are abandoned without a result; bets placed in breach of these Terms; or bets placed using bonus funds in a manner that violates bonus terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's cash balance.

six6bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual or household.
• Suspected exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted to the support team.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support@six6bet with a formal closure request. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, six6bet will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money cash balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) and close the account within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the platform due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, six6bet will honour a self-exclusion request by closing your account and preventing re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. Effect of Closure: Upon account closure: (a) all active bonus balances are voided; (b) any real-money cash balance will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC; (c) access to the platform is revoked immediately; (d) any pending bets placed before closure will be settled normally and the outcome credited accordingly.

Right to Suspend Without Notice: In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, six6bet reserves the right to suspend an account immediately and without prior notice. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation. six6bet will notify the affected player of the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
